Mimi and the Man - 3 Months Into the New Job

 I've been at the new job for three months now so I thought you might like to hear what I've learned about the Bossman.

 I like the Man. I definitely admire his drive to learn new things. 

And how he really gets wrapped up in his work. 

   The Man takes his share of Zoom calls,

But also appreciates one on ones. 

                                        

  

 But it's true that sometimes he can be hard to please. Luckily this doesn't happen often.

But he's definitely a good commuicator. There's no doubt when he's happy with my work...

And when he's not.

Bossman does implement a daily independent reading time and that's a real bonus. 

                                                                                                

And I admire his ability to get in a quick power nap. 

He's encouraged me to be more flexible...

And to try new things.

Overall, I do think the Bossman is satisfied with my work. And I'm definitely having plenty of opportunities to learn on the job. I believe he has real affection for me and appreciates all my efforts. The smile he gives me the first thing every morning makes all my work worthwhile. 

  

   I think this job's a keeper. And the Bossman is too.
